1. Acceptance of Terms

KeySistemas is a software development company with 30 years of experience (since 1995) in San Martín, Mendoza, Argentina. With more than 200 active clients and 400 running systems, we have perfected our terms of service to ensure clear and transparent relationships with our clients.

By accessing and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and KeySistemas, a company constituted under the laws of the Argentine Republic.

2. Service Description

KeySistemas offers the following services:

  • Custom Software Development: Customized ERP systems for Argentine SMEs
  • Specific Systems: KeyGestión (Comprehensive ERP), KeyEmpaque (Food Industry), KeyRutas (Transport), KeyPedidos (Mobile App), KeyGas (Distributors), KeyTiendas (E-commerce)
  • ARCA Billing: Integration with the Argentine tax system
  • Local Technical Support: On-site service in San Martín, Mendoza, and remote
  • Offline Systems: Solutions that work without internet dependency

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, source code, documentation and materials developed by KeySistemas are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The client obtains a non-exclusive license to use the developed software, but the intellectual property remains with KeySistemas, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and updated information
  • Use the services in accordance with current legislation
  • Not perform reverse engineering of the provided software
  • Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
  • Comply with agreed payment deadlines
  • Cooperate in development and testing processes

5. Payments and Billing

Services are billed according to the terms agreed in each specific contract. Payments must be made within the established deadlines. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of services.

All prices are expressed in Argentine pesos and include corresponding taxes according to current legislation.

6. Limitation of Liability

KeySistemas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business interruption.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

7. Support and Maintenance

Technical support is provided on-site in San Martín, Mendoza, and remotely during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). With 30 years of experience, we guarantee fast response and effective solutions.

Maintenance and update services are subject to specific support agreements, adapted to the needs of each client.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days prior written notice. In case of material breach, the agreement may be terminated immediately. Customer data will be preserved for 90 days after termination.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Mendoza, Argentina.

10. Modifications

KeySistemas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms.
