We don’t publish prices: custom development has no price list. It is quoted in stages. Each stage has its scope and its number in writing before it starts, and is paid on delivery. The support and updates plan is separate.

How long does a custom system take?
Two to three months from kick-off until your people use it every day. If the scope is bigger than that, we tell you in the first meeting, not halfway through.
Can we start with one part and continue later?
Yes, and it’s what we recommend. You start with whatever hurts most, it goes live, and only then do you add the rest.
How is it paid?
In stages. Each stage is quoted before it starts and paid when it is delivered. The system stays installed on your server, with your data. Support and updates are separate.
What about my data from the old system?
We migrate it ourselves: clients, items, balances and history, with a test environment and a written rollback plan before touching production.
