1. Who we are

KeySistemas is a family software development company founded in 1995 in San Martín, Mendoza, Argentina. We build management systems (ERP) for Argentine small and medium businesses.

This policy explains what data the keysistemas.com website collects, what we use it for, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

2. What data we collect

a) What you give us

• Contact forms: name, email, phone, company and the message you write. They reach us by email.
• Blog subscription: your email address only, so we can tell you when we publish a new post.

b) What is collected automatically

Google Analytics 4 records your IP address in truncated form (GA4 anonymizes it and does not store it), your device and browser type, the pages you visit, how long you stay on each one, and where you came from (search engine, social network or direct link). It also measures clicks on the WhatsApp, phone and email buttons, and form submissions.

Section 5 explains how to avoid it.

c) reCAPTCHA

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to stop automated spam. To tell a person from a bot, reCAPTCHA analyzes technical data from your browser and your interaction with the page.

3. What we use your data for

• Answering the inquiries you send through the form.
• Arranging demos and quotes.
• Sending you new blog posts, if you subscribed.
• Understanding which pages get read and which do not, so we can improve the site.
• Stopping form spam.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. The only third parties that receive technical data are the Google services described in section 5.

4. Your rights

Argentine Act 25.326 on Personal Data Protection gives you these rights over your data:

• Access: ask us what data of yours we hold and where it came from.
• Rectification: correct data that is wrong.
• Update: bring outdated data up to date.
• Deletion: ask us to erase it.

To exercise them, write to Loading… from the address you contacted us with, or call +54-263-454-2122. We answer within the terms set by Act 25.326. There is no charge.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) is the enforcement authority for Act 25.326 and handles complaints from anyone whose rights have been affected.

5. Cookies, analytics and Google services

Google Analytics 4. We use GA4 (Google LLC) to measure how many people visit the site, which pages they read and which buttons they tap. To do that it stores cookies in your browser and processes the data on Google servers, which may be outside Argentina. How Google handles that data is set out in its privacy policy.

How to avoid it. The site uses GA4 from your first visit. If you do not want to be measured, you can block this site's cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, which blocks it across every site. The site works the same either way: no page and no form is blocked.

reCAPTCHA Enterprise. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which analyzes browser data to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

6. How long we keep the data

The inquiries you send through the form stay in our mailbox while there is an ongoing business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.

We keep your blog subscription email until you unsubscribe. Every notice we send includes the link to do it.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to contact data is restricted to the KeySistemas team. No system is infallible: if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will tell you.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date above and publish the new version on this same page. It is worth checking back now and then.
