What it does not do
- It does not invoice on its own or sign anything: it proposes and a person confirms.
- It does not replace your accountant or your office staff.
- It does not guess what is not loaded: it answers with what your system has.
Frequently asked questions
Is this for a company like mine?
The one in production today runs at a transport company from here. If someone in your business loads receipts by hand, it can be applied.
What if it gets my numbers wrong?
It can get things wrong. Everything it loads is recorded and editable, and a person confirms it before it takes effect.
What if the photo comes out badly or the receipt is crumpled?
If it cannot read it, it does not invent anything: it tells you and you load it by hand, as always.
Where does my data go?
The photo of the receipt is processed by an external provider's model. What gets stored lives in your system. If you need nothing to leave your server, say so up front: that changes the solution.
Do I have to change systems?
No. It is added on top of what you already use. If you do not have a system yet, we start there.
